DIRECTIONS FROM THE EAST TO

• Take U.S. Hwy 64 West towards Raleigh.

• You will travel through Knightdale and multiple lights once in Raleigh.

• You will pass over the Beltline (I-440).

• U.S. Hwy 64 West will change names to New Bern Avenue after you pass over the Beltline (I-440).

• You will pass Wake Medical Center.

• New Bern Avenue will change names to Edenton Street the closer you get to Downtown Raleigh.

• Shortly after passing the State Capitol/Capitol Square, Edenton Street will curve to the left and will merge with Hillsborough Street. Stay to the right when you merge onto Hillsborough Street.

• Immediately after this merge, you will go through the intersection of Hillsborough Street and Glenwood Avenue. (There is a place to eat called Snoopy’s at the corner of this intersection.)

• At the next light, you will be at the intersection of Hillsborough Street and Boylan Avenue. Turn right onto Boylan Avenue.

• Go approximately four blocks down Boylan Avenue until you come to the light/intersection of Boylan Avenue and Tucker Street.

• Turn left onto Tucker Street.

• Pass the first parking lot on your left, as this is the parking lot for Physios Spa which is on the first floor of our building.

• Next, you will see our driveway on the left. Turn into the driveway. When you reach the top of the driveway, turn left. In front of you will be two, red brick buildings. We are the building on the left.

• Take Capital Boulevard/U.S. Hwy 1/U.S. Hwy 401 South (heading south toward Downtown Raleigh).

• You will pass by the Anheuser Busch Distributing Company on your left.

• You will pass the Wade Avenue exit.

• Take the Peace Street exit to the right.

• At the bottom of the off-ramp, take a right onto Peace Street.

• You will need to get over into the left turning lane immediately.

• At the stoplight, take a left onto West Street.

• Go two blocks to Tucker Street.

• Take a right on Tucker Street.

• Cross Glenwood Avenue. The next intersection is North Boylan Avenue. Our office is across the street, upstairs on the left. You will see the number 425 upstairs on the side of the building.

• Go across North Boylan. In the middle of the block, turn left to enter the parking lot. After you enter, turn left to cross the lot to the building on your left. You will see our sign on the entry to the handicapped ramp. Just walk up that ramp and you will be at our front door.

• Take exit 289 (Wade Avenue) toward Downtown Raleigh.

• Go underneath Blue Ridge Road and the I-440 Beltline. Stay on Wade Avenue.

• Go past the Oberlin Road exit.

• Turn Right on St. Mary’s Street.

• Travel up St. Mary’s past Broughton High School and across Peace Street.

• Turn left on Tucker Street.

• Our office is upstairs in the building on the next corner, but you do not go that far. Turn right into the parking lot in the middle of the block. Keep left after you enter the lot and you will see our sign over the handicapped ramp for the building on your left. That ramp will take you to our front door.

• Take U.S. 1 North toward the Raleigh area. Several major arteries will join and split from U.S. 1 along the way. As long as you stay on U.S. 1, you will be heading in the right direction.

• After the Hillsborough Street exit, take exit 4A (Wade Avenue) towards the Downtown area and Cameron Village.

• You will pass through the intersections of Wade Avenue with Dixie Trail and Oberlin Road. Turn right on St. Mary’s Street.

• Travel up St. Mary’s past Broughton High School and across Peace Street.

• Turn left on Tucker Street.

• Our office is upstairs in the building on the next corner, but you do not go that far. Turn right into the parking lot in the middle of the block.
